Ready Mix Concrete Supply
Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms below carefully before proceeding with your order. These govern every supply made against your purchase order.
Water Proofing Component (WPC)
Where WPC is added to the mix, an additional charge of ₹200 per cum will apply.
Detention Charges
Vehicle detention beyond 2 hours at site will be billed extra, as applicable at the time.
Dispatched Material
Once concrete leaves our plant, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Billing will be based strictly on the quantity supplied.
Minimum Order & Pumping Charges
Orders below 20 cum will attract an additional pumping charge of ₹5,000.
Overdue Payments
Any amount unpaid beyond the due date will accrue interest of 1.50% per month, calculated on a daily basis.
Standard Design Mix
All quoted rates are based on our standard design mix specifications.
Site Disturbances
Any objections or disturbances raised by neighboring properties at the site are the customer's responsibility to resolve.
Pumping & Dumping
The quoted price remains constant regardless of whether the concrete is pumped or dumped on site.
Quality Disclaimer
We take every measure to supply fresh, good-quality concrete. However, we are not liable for cracks, voids, honeycombing, or similar defects, as these depend on site conditions and workmanship beyond our control. No claims will be entertained on this account.
Invoicing Basis
All invoices are raised based on plant dispatch records supported by batch sheets. Quantity estimates based on site measurement will not be accepted.
Price Revision
In the event of a significant rise in cement or raw material costs, rates will be reviewed by mutual agreement.
Cement Content
Quoted rates correspond to the cement content specified above. Any additional cement content will be charged extra at ₹6.50 per kg.
Payment Terms
100% advance payment is required against the pro-forma invoice. The final invoice will be raised based on the actual quantity supplied.
