Every Batch Is Tested Before It Leaves the Plant, Not After It Reaches Site.

Concrete Indian RMC runs a dedicated QC laboratory at its Shamirpet batching plant, where every raw material and batch is checked before dispatch. Cement, aggregates, robo sand, and water are tested against IS specifications before entering the mix. Fresh concrete is checked for slump during loading, while cubes are cast, cured, and crushed at 7 and 28 days to confirm the required grade. This commitment to quality has earned the trust of GHMC, Railways, and pharmaceutical leaders like Dr. Reddy's and Aurobindo, where specifications leave no room for guesswork.

Testing at Every Stage of the Pour

Quality control begins long before concrete reaches your construction site. Every raw material, including cement, robo sand, 20 mm and 12 mm aggregates, is carefully inspected to ensure compliance with IS standards before batching. After mixing, each batch undergoes a slump test to verify workability, consistency, and suitability for placement and pumping. Concrete samples are then cast into test cubes, labelled, and cured under controlled conditions. These cubes are tested at 7 and 28 days using a compression testing machine to confirm the required grade strength, from M15 to M30, ensuring every delivery meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

What Our QC Lab Checks

  • Slump Test Workability check at every load
  • Cube Compressive Strength 7 & 28-day crush testing
  • Aggregate & Sand Testing Sieve analysis, silt & moisture content
  • Water Quality Test Checked against IS:456 mixing-water limits
  • Cement Testing Fineness, consistency & setting time
  • Batch-Wise Documentation Every cube traceable to its dispatch sheet

From raw material inspection to strength verification — every batch is tested for consistent quality.

STAGE 01

Raw Material Inspection

Cement, aggregates, sand, and water are checked against IS quality standards.

STAGE 02

Mix Design & Batching

Materials are proportioned accurately to produce the required concrete grade.

STAGE 03

Slump Testing

Fresh concrete is tested for workability, consistency, and placement performance.

STAGE 04

Cube Strength Testing

Concrete cubes are cured and tested at 7 and 28 days.

STAGE 05

Quality Verification

Results are verified before confirming every batch meets required quality standards.

Quality Assurance FAQs

Every batch undergoes a comprehensive quality control process, including raw material inspection, slump testing, and compressive strength testing to ensure it meets the required standards.

Our dedicated QC laboratory conducts raw material testing, slump tests, cube casting, and compressive strength tests to verify the quality, consistency, and performance of every concrete mix.

Slump testing measures the workability and consistency of fresh concrete, ensuring it can be placed and compacted efficiently while maintaining the required performance.

Concrete samples are cast into test cubes, cured under controlled conditions, and tested at 7 and 28 days using a compression testing machine to confirm the specified grade strength.

With 17+ years of industry experience, a dedicated QC laboratory, modern testing equipment, and strict adherence to IS standards, we deliver consistent, reliable Ready Mix Concrete for every project.
